I get flowers probably once a year, which I think is the perfect frequency for me. Justin always does something sweet and thoughtful for holidays and occasions but flowers specifically only make a showing about once a year. I like getting flowers, but I’m a very practical person and don’t really like the expense of flowers. Plus I like being surprised and excited when I do get them. And today? Justin done good. This is definitely my favorite bouquet to date. Sometimes it amazes me that flowers can be so breathtakingly gorgeous. And it’s fun having a nice camera (which Justin also surprised me with this year) to immortalize them. Damn, I’m spoiled.

It’s not a good idea to turn around and take a picture of your reflection with bedhead and your ultra-sexy pajama shirt on for no other reason than your dog is smart enough to take advantage of your divided attention.
