That's the other thing about independent restaurants. They're usually so generous. They don't skimp on extras like bread at Italian places, chips & salsa at Mexican places, or fortune cookies at Chinese places. There's also a donut place by my mom's in Plano that gave me an entire bag full of donut holes when I had just ordered 1 donut. Felt like winning the lottery! Mmmm… the garlic bread. They're awesome for take home too. Call ahead & pick up - you don't have to eat public w/ your messy messy children that way . . . plus, they're REALLY generous with the garlic bread.
